This shampoo fights fleas and ticks without the use of insecticides. Ingredients include dimethicone, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants, EDTA, fragrance, DMDM Hydantoine, 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol, butylphenyl methylpropional, coumarin, citronellol, geranium and linalool. This shampoo should not be used on pregnant or nursing dogs. Dimethicone acts mechanically to immobilize parasites by blocking their joints, preventing resistance to treatment. It works at all stages of development (eggs, larvae and adult insects). Do not use on animals under 3 months of age, or on pregnant animals.
