This grooming comb is ideal for dogs with thick coats. The grooming comb easily lightens this thick top layer, while the soft bottom layer remains fully intact. Instructions for use: Take a lock of hair and hold it firmly between thumb and blade. Turn the strand towards you and pull the blade away from the hair in a smooth, even motion. Clean the grooming comb regularly with water and an antiseptic solution such as Dettol or Barbicide to prevent the growth of bacteria in the comb. Then let the comb dry completely.
